Conclusion

Good ! With this course and all the others we’ve seen previously, we’ve covered a good chunk of the places we can find in the heart of a city.
There are a lot of place names that we haven’t seen yet. I haven’t touched on the vocabulary of all types of cafes, bars or hostels but it will all come bit by bit. For now, it’s time to move on to a few remarks on most of the words we have just seen.
In the word 料理店 . リョウリテン. the restaurant, we have the kanji . みせ which means "the store" or "the shop". It is a very common kanji in the Japanese language and that we find in many words that we will see much later. I put this kanji below with its purely Japanese and Sino-Japanese pronunciation :
. みせ, たな . テン
We find the kanji in most place names, especially when it comes to trade, place of sale of goods. We will see other examples in more detail later.
Finally, for the small remark, I told you at the beginning of the course to observe well how all these words are constructed. Meditate on that, we’ll come back to a good number of them practically at the end of this season. I will give you a course where we will analyse dozens of words seen throughout the season and I will give you some mnemonic tips to better remember them.
This vocabulary course is now over. Thank you for reading it to the end. As usual, keep working well, practice writing and speaking and you will keep making progress.
Have a good day everyone and do your homework properly.
